Cookies x Watermelon Zkittlez

Cookies x Watermelon Zkittlez by Purple City Genetics is an indica-dominant hybrid created to provide a perfect and deliciously sweet aroma. It is an ideal variety for a Sea-of-Green and is also very suitable for the SCROG (Screen Of Green) method. The aroma of Cookies x Watermelon Zkittlez is intense and mixes nuances of sweet watermelon with exotic pastries and earthy notes. The parents used in this cross are Purple City Genetics' own selection of Girl Scout Cookies and Watermelon Zkittlez S1 which are responsible for the intensely sweet and sugary taste of watermelon.

Purple City Genetics – Oakland, California

Purple City Genetics, or PCG for short, has been around since 2008. They are based in Oakland and started out as a cannabis collective. Over the years, as the cannabis scene in the States kept shifting, they adjusted too. These days, they breed for everyone from home growers to large-scale farms, but they still keep their quality standards high. They have picked up plenty of awards along the way at different events and cups. Their strains are easy enough for beginners setups to work with, but experienced growers will get a lot out of them too.

PCG’s catalogue is not just about yield – though they do that well – it is about flavour and potency too. They put out some pretty wild crosses, and their terpene profiles are always something to talk about. Sometimes they release small batch strains that disappear fast, so it is worth keeping an eye out.
