Information we process

Username, email address, protected authentication information, IP address, login date/time, user-agent, session identifiers, failed login attempts, error logs and user content including text, photographs, video and comments.

Purposes

Account provision, service delivery, security, abuse prevention, technical diagnosis, protection of rights and compliance with legal obligations.

Analytics

GrowLog uses Google Analytics 4 and Lovable Project Analytics. GrowLog does not send GA4 journal content, comments or email addresses as additional analytics data. Analytics technologies requiring consent are activated only after the required consent is obtained.

Security checks (Turnstile)

GrowLog uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile may process technical data such as IP address, browser characteristics and interaction signals. Providers

Lovable Cloud for application infrastructure; Backblaze for photographs and video in EU Central - eu-central-003; Google for Analytics.

International transfers

Some providers or sub-processors may process information outside the UK/EEA. Appropriate legal safeguards will be used where required.

Retention

Account data is normally retained while the account exists. Technical and security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days. Longer retention may apply where required by law or necessary for security or legal claims. Backups may temporarily retain data.

Rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, users may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests: contact@growlog.app Users may also complain to the ICO or the applicable supervisory authority.

Automated decisions

GrowLog does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
