- Lineage
- CC#27 x CC#26
Canna Country #27 x Canna Country #26 *FEMINIZED* Some of the biggest plants of the trials. Generally green in the summer crop, generally purple in the fall crop. Flavors: creamy passionfruit of the CC26 came through. Some more fruity, some more gassy. Very diverse in flavor, all generally large. Canna Country 26 was born from a cross between forbidden fruit and our own Cherimoya.
The Cherimoya line was named for its likeness in some phenotypes to the aroma of a Cherimoya blossom. Since 2009, this line has been bred and selected only in outdoor environments for the Purple color and how it retains it. A lot of purple generally degrades to brown rather quickly whereas the Cherimoya line has been selected against the browning trait.
Expressions ranged from green to rainbow to very dark purple with all shades in between. They were all very big with thick stalks and aroma and flavors ranging
