Zodaza × Zoda BX ( Umami Seeds)

ZODA RESERVE is an in-house selection based solely on the Zodaza × Zoda BX genes from Umami Seeds, created with a view to pushing quality, stability and the intensity of the terpene profile characteristic of the Zoda line to the maximum. Combining the base version with the BX (backcross) line made it possible to fix the most desirable traits: flower density, strong resin production and a pronounced, modern aroma with a distinct Californian character.

The plants develop a medium to tall structure with solid lateral branching and a very good response to topping and SCROG. In the flowering phase the influence of the BX line is clearly visible – the tops are meaty, tight and abundantly coated in trichomes, creating a premium bag appeal effect. The selection was carried out in the direction of increased phenotype repeatability and an improved calyx-to-leaf ratio, which translates into convenient processing and high final quality.

ZODA RESERVE's aroma profile is intense and deep. Sweet, dessert-like notes with a creamy base dominate, cut through with a subtle gassy accent and a light, earthy finish. It is a pronounced aroma, lingering in the air for a long time and pointing unambiguously to its genetic origin. On the palate there is sweetness with a distinct creamy background and a delicate, fuel-driven sharpness.

The action is potent but balanced. The onset is a fast lift in mood and clarity of mind, which flow smoothly into pleasant, physical relaxation with no heavy feeling of grogginess. This is a hybrid with a distinct indica-dominant character, suited to a quiet evening as much as to creative sessions in comfortable surroundings. In favourable conditions THC levels can reach the high range, placing the strain in the premium segment
