Fruity Pebbles OG came out of Alien Genetics in the forum era, when a pack could go for four figures and reputations were built in grow journals rather than on Instagram. It is a flavor plant that never yielded like its price suggested. Stardawg fixed that side of it and added funk underneath.

The Cross

Fruity Pebbles OG has always been coveted and has always come with a catch, which is that it does not produce like a plant with its reputation should. Crossing it to the Greenpoint Stardawg stud addressed that directly.

The Parents

Fruity Pebbles OG was created by Alien Genetics in California, pulling from Green Ribbon, Granddaddy Purple and Tahoe Alien. It belongs to the era when elite seed moved through THCFarmer and ICMag in limited drops and the whole market ran on peer reviewed grow journals and word of mouth.

Stardawg is Chem 4 crossed to Tres Dawg, from Top Dawg Seeds, and it brings the vigor and yield.

What’s In The Pack

Ten regular photoperiod seeds, males included. Two selections out of this line, #97 and #102, are offered separately as rooted clones when available, which is the shortcut if you want a known keeper rather than a hunt.

In The Garden

60-70 days. Plants can reach around 78 inches, so training and topping early is worth doing to control height and open the canopy. Feed calcium and magnesium above baseline, keep the pH consistent, and run fans, because the flower density invites bud rot and powdery mildew if the air sits still.
