Black PapayaP

Black Domina '98 (G13 Labs) x Papaya sherbet REVERSAL (Fast buds)

Black Papaya is an indica-dominant hybrid combining the classic, heavy genetics of Black Domina ‘98 with the modern, tropical profile of Papaya Sherbet. This pairing gives a stable and resinous strain with a clearly fruity character, but still rooted in an old-school indica base.

The plant keeps the dense, bushy structure typical of Black Domina, producing hard, tight tops covered in a thick layer of resin. Papaya Sherbet brings greater growth dynamics and an expanded terpene profile, which translates into a more complex aroma and good yield potential.

The flowering time runs around 9–10 weeks, which is a compromise between the fast cycle of Black Domina and the longer, more „production-oriented” flowering of Papaya Sherbet. Thanks to this the strain keeps good flower quality and density while increasing output.

In indoor growing Black Papaya is stable and predictable, responds well to basic training techniques and causes no major problems. Because of its slightly longer flowering time, outdoors it works best for more experienced growers and in a favourable climate — this is not a typical „super fast” strain for difficult autumn conditions.

The flavour profile is clearly tropical — notes of papaya, sweet fruit and creamy smoothness dominate, rounded out by a light earthiness inherited from Black Domina. After curing the aroma becomes more intense and dessert-like.

The action is typically indica — an initial light euphoria moves into deep body relaxation and quieting, which makes this strain a good choice for the evening.

Black Papaya is a well-thought-out cross that joins classic genetics with a modern flavour profile, offering stability, good resin production and a distinct, tropical character.
