Pisces Genetics held the Motorbreath #15 cut and never put it in seed form. Greenpoint got it under the Stardawg stud, which puts Chem D on both sides of the cross: once through Motorbreath’s own parentage and again through Tres Dawg. The fuel concentrates instead of thinning out. Hunt the menthol behind the gas, because that is the Motorbreath tell.
The Cross
Bison Breath is a Chem concentration, not an outcross. Motorbreath brings Chem D in through its own parentage. Stardawg brings Chem 4 plus Tres Dawg, which is itself Chem D over Afghani. Chem D therefore lands on both sides of the pairing, which is why the profile reads heavier and dirtier than the parents suggest on paper.
The Parents
Motorbreath #15 is Pisces Genetics‘ SFV OG crossed to Chem D. Jimmy Nitz made the seed stock, and the #15 owes its standing to the hunter known as Sticky Icky OG, who pulled it as the keeper out of a large population run. Where the other numbered phenos leaned toward OG sweetness, the #15 went headfirst into the Chem D side. It stayed a clone and it stayed in Michigan and California connoisseur circles for years.
Stardawg is Chem 4 crossed to Tres Dawg, bred by JJ NYC at Top Dawg Seeds. Greenpoint’s stud out of that line has been the backbone of the program since 2014.
What’s In The Pack
Ten regular photoperiod seeds, males included. OG dominant plants run taller with thinner branching and denser flowers, Stardawg dominant plants yield harder.
In The Garden
70-80 days. Medium to tall, robust branches, large saw toothed fan leaves. Stretch is minimal overall, which makes it workable where height is limited. Two things to plan for: an appetite for calcium and magnesium inherited straight from Motorbreath, and the OG line susceptibility to powdery mildew. Keep it pruned and keep the air moving.
