American PieP

American Pie is a balanced cannabis strain created from the cross of Power Plant × White Widow. This genetics combines two well-known classics: Power Plant contributes its distinctly Sativa-influenced background with African roots, while White Widow adds one of the most traditional hybrid lines in Dutch cannabis breeding. The result is a versatile blend of Sativa and Indica with a classic old-school character.

When grown, American Pie develops a vigorous, healthy and well-branched plant structure. The Sativa influence of Power Plant contributes to dynamic development, while the White Widow side gives the strain a more balanced hybrid structure. At the same time, the strain is considered relatively straightforward to cultivate, making it suitable for both experienced growers and beginners.

The combination of the two parental lines makes American Pie particularly interesting for lovers of classic genetics. Power Plant shapes the Sativa side of the cross, while White Widow contributes additional Indica characteristics and its distinctive hybrid background. Depending on the phenotype, individual traits of the two parents may become more or less pronounced, but overall American Pie presents itself as a balanced combination of both lines.

Aromatically, American Pie also brings together different classic directions. Spicy and earthy notes combine with a fresh, slightly sweet and fruity side. This creates a complex profile that is less reminiscent of modern candy or dessert hybrids and instead clearly preserves the character of traditional cannabis genetics. American Pie thus combines the African-influenced background of Power Plant with the classic White Widow line to create a distinctive old-school strain.
