Z Pointer

Z Pointer is a really kick-ass marijuana strain with fantastic aromas: the flavours are complex and hard to describe, but they combine juicy cream, sherbert and dessert notes with gassy perfume-like undertones. It's relatively easy to grow and best suited to indoor gardens. Of course, these feminised seeds also work well outdoors, as long as you grow in a rain-protected spot or in a greenhouse. Surprisingly, Z Pointer is also a really big plant considering that Cookie strains are not necessarily heavyweights in the cannabis field.

Grounded Genetics used their Jumpshot cut for Z Pointer and crossed it with Z Road. Jumpshot itself is a selection from regular seeds, made by pollinating the original Gary Payton cutting with Gelato 41 x Sunset Sherbert BX1.

• Lineage: Jumpshot x Z Road
• Genetics: automatic Indica / Sativa
• Flowering Time: 9 weeks
• Smell: luscious cream, sherbert, perfume, dessert
• THC: 26%

• Grounded Genetics: modern cannabis genetics from Europe

Grounded Genetics is a modern breeder built around proven cuts and clone-only sources, with a style that feels line-driven from the start. Instead of moving through random names, it is easier to understand this breeder through the stronger family directions that keep showing up across the range.

The breeder works with both regular and feminized seeds, but the visible selection here leans strongly toward feminized releases. That makes Grounded Genetics a useful choice if you want modern hybrid lines with a clear structure and several easy starting points inside the same breeder.

If you want to narrow the choice quickly, start with the line that fits your direction best. Blue Fizz and Zilk Road are strong places to begin for sweeter Z Road-linked hybrids. Easy Money and Rainbow Fuel make more sense if the louder fuel side stands out first. Pink Limez, Raspberry Z, and Vitamin Z are useful if bright citrus, fruit, and candy directions matter most.
