Purplenade XXL Auto
Silent Seeds- Typ
- Autoflowering
Purplenade XXL Auto by Silent Seeds combines modern US genetics with the vigorous growth of a new generation of autoflowering strains. The cross of Peanut Butter Breath and MAC Auto develops with exceptional vigor from the very first weeks and forms a robust, bushy plant structure with numerous strong lateral branches. This allows the strain to combine an uncomplicated autoflowering life cycle with characteristics more commonly associated with larger modern hybrids.
A characteristic feature is its stable plant structure reminiscent of a small Christmas tree. A strong main stem is accompanied by numerous well-developed lateral branches, allowing light and air to reach the inner areas of the plant effectively. Silent Seeds also highlights the genetic stability and comparatively uniform development of the plants, making Purplenade XXL Auto interesting for different growing environments.
During flowering, another special feature of this genetics becomes apparent: the plants can develop intense purple colors with lighter shades. Combined with its strong branching and compact, bushy appearance, this gives Purplenade XXL Auto a particularly striking look. The expression of these colors can naturally vary depending on the phenotype and growing conditions.
Aromatically, Purplenade XXL Auto also combines several different facets. Sweet cookie notes meet powerful gas, earthy Kush nuances and ripe fruits. The profile is complemented by spicy and slightly floral accents, creating a complex interplay of sweetness, fruitiness and a distinctive gassy base. Purplenade XXL Auto thus presents itself as a modern autoflowering genetics with a clear US influence and a particularly complex aroma profile.

- Silent Seeds: carrying on Dinafem with a new name
Silent Seeds is based in Rotterdam in Holland. The people behind it are the same ones who were part of Dinafem for years. They know what they are doing since they have been around since 2005. The team came back in 2021 under the name Silent Seeds. It feels like a continuation, not a restart. They focus on both feminized and autoflowering seeds. Some of the work is done together with Sherbinski, which is why you see a few new strains that feel closer to the American style.

They still keep names like Moby Dick, OG Kush, White Widow, and LA Vanilla Cake alive. At the same time, there are newer mixes. Some growers like the tradition, others chase the fresh genetics. Both are there. The oldschool strains still have a loyal following because people know exactly what to expect from them. Meanwhile, breeders continue experimenting with flavors, effects, and stronger terpene profiles. In many clubs and shops, you can see both worlds side by side. That mix of classic and modern genetics is part of what makes the scene so interesting today.
