CBD Republik I by Reggae Seeds is a mostly Sativa created by crossing Dancehall × Session. The strain was developed through an extensive selection process in which Reggae Seeds specifically selected plants with a CBD-oriented cannabinoid profile. The breeding objective was to select genetics with a high CBD content while maintaining a THC content below 1%.

When grown, CBD Republik I develops a vigorous, well-branched and distinctly Sativa-influenced plant structure. Despite its Sativa orientation, the strain is considered comparatively straightforward to cultivate and can be grown in different environments. This makes it interesting for both experienced growers and less experienced cultivators looking for a CBD-oriented genetic with a Sativa background.

Genetically, CBD Republik I combines Dancehall and Session, two lines from the Reggae Seeds breeding programme. The subsequent selection process specifically focused on the desired cannabinoid profile.
